Northwest Florida ENT is a comprehensive ear, nose, and throat (ENT) private practice in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, with a strong focus on helping patients overcome vestibular dysfunction, dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders. In partnership with FYZICAL, we offer specialized care through an advanced Vertigo and Balance Center serving patients throughout Northwest Florida and the surrounding region.
In addition to our specialized vestibular services, our Physical Therapy department treats a variety of orthopedic conditions, providing comprehensive rehabilitation to help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, improve function, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Our 12,000-square-foot facility brings together ENT, Audiology, Allergy, Sleep Medicine, and a dedicated 2,000-square-foot Physical Therapy department. Our center features advanced technology and specialized equipment, including an overhead safety track system, computerized Videonystagmography (VNG), Bertec Computerized Dynamic Posturography with virtual reality capabilities, and state-of-the-art physical therapy equipment.
Our approach is collaborative, individualized, and patient-centered. Our physicians, audiologists, physical therapists, and physical therapist assistants work together to identify and address the factors contributing to each patient's symptoms and functional challenges. We strive to provide one-on-one patient care, allowing our therapists to build meaningful relationships with their patients, tailor treatment to individual needs, and focus on measurable progress. An Exciting Opportunity for a Physical Therapist
This position offers the opportunity to work in two rewarding areas of physical therapy: vestibular rehabilitation and orthopedic rehabilitation. Vestibular rehabilitation is a specialized field with a significant unmet need for skilled providers, offering excellent potential for professional development and career growth.
Previous vestibular rehabilitation experience is not required. Our experienced team, in collaboration with our national partner, FYZICAL, provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

This is the premier Otolaryngology practice in the Florida Panhandle. The new, state of the art, 12,000 square foot facility houses a comprehensive Allergy and Sinus Center, Audiology, Sleep Medicine with Sleep Laboratory, and a Physical Therapy and Balance Center.
We have partnered with FYZICAL to offer the best treatment paradigm available for dizziness and balance disorders as well as orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. The 2000 square foot gym area features an overhead track system and premier rehabilitation equipment. The Balance Center features comprehensive Audiology, Videonystagmography, and a Bertec Computed Dynamic Posturography unit.
