Southwest Sport & Spine Center, Inc. is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide immediate support for hardware and software issues, conduct basic training, and administer network systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, maintain detailed records, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Compensation is based on experience.
Essential Functions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and update desktop systems
- Test and deploy new hardware and software
- Resolve helpdesk tickets efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate equipment repairs and replacements
- Train end users on software and systems
- Support onboarding by ensuring new employees are tech-ready
- Travel to branch locations as needed for on-site support

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT support experience
- Associate degree or certifications (e.g., CompTIA, HDI, ITIL, Microsoft, CCNA)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware and networking
- Familiarity with Active Directory and network security
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time-management
